Bugsnax: How to Catch Pineantula

Bugsnax is a new standalone game from the same team that worked on Octodad: Dadliest Catch. In it, you play as a reporter trying to get a big scoop to keep his job. You will interview the people of Snaktooth Island while capturing many different creatures called Bugsnax. Here's a guide on how to catch Pineantula on Bugsnax.

Catch Pineantula on Bugsnax

Once you enter the Simmering Springs biome, head right, and you will see a Pineantula over there. There are also some on the beach itself. Once you scan the creature with your camera, you'll see that you don't like Crapples, which are those half-apple, half-crab creatures that roam the beach.

Crapples are fond of fudge sauce, so all you have to do is lure the Crapple into the Pineantula, and it will lift it off the ground. Once this is done, the Pineantula can be captured simply with a simple trap.

Just be sure to do this before it sinks to the ground. If so, have Crapple take it away from you again.

We used a slinger to lure the Crapple into the Bugsnax Pineantula, but you can also use the Buggy Ball, coat it in chocolate, and then have Crapple follow it to the Pineantula.

And that's all you need to know about how to catch a Pineantula in Bugsnax. If you're looking for more tips and tricks for finding bugs, be sure to search for InafGo. We have a ton of guides for some of the toughest creatures.
