All CoD: Cold War Multiplayer Modes - You'll find exactly what you need.

On November 13, the new shooter Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War will be released. We tell you which multiplayer modes you await so you can find the right one for you.

Are you looking forward to the release of Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War? In addition to a single-player campaign, you can also immerse yourself in various MP modes in the new shooter. We present them to you in summary. So you can decide which mode exactly suits you.

Team Deathmatch

Two teams fight each other in Team Deathmatch until a certain number of kills is reached.

The classic game where small teams of players fight on various maps to get as many kills as possible. If you reach the specified number of kills, your team wins. To do this, you must stick to the 10-minute time limit.

If neither team achieves the required number of kills in these 10 minutes, the team with the most kills wins.

Death confirmed

In Kill Confirmed, your kills only count when you collect Dog Tags.

This mode is very similar to Team Deathmatch. However, if he records a kill, a nameplate appears on the dead player's corpse. You have to collect these tokens.

This means that normal death only counts when you have collected the token. You can remove these nameplates from the opposing team, so death doesn't count for them.

Domination / domination

You have to conquer areas on the map in Domination.

Another mode classic during which you've got to require and hold three flags distributed on the map. To claim the flags for yourself, you have to stand near them for a while. The more teammates close to the flag, the faster this process will work. Enemies block progress.

Each flag you have under your Control will earn you points over time. The more flags you have captured, the faster you will get these points. The team that scored 200 points first wins.

Hard point / position

At Hardpoint, there is an important point to take that changes over and over again.

Your team must occupy a point on the map called a hill. However, this point changes every 60 seconds and randomly reappears somewhere on the map.

You have to be within a certain radius of this place to collect points. You have to be quick to get to the locations to be captured and collect points. The team with 250 points wins the match.

Free for all / free for all

All Against All is about eliminating all opponents.

This is basically a classic deathmatch. There are no objectives; it's just about eliminating as many enemies as possible. You are not on a team either; they are all your enemies. Whoever gets the specified number of kills first wins. Like in Team Deathmatch, there is also a timer here.

The player with the most deaths when the time is up is the winner.

Search and destroy

Two teams defend two important points on the map in Search and Destroy.

Teams must defend or attack two locations. The attackers are supposed to plant a bomb at the locations while the defenders avoid it. Once the bomb has been planted, there is still an option to defuse it.

In the next round, the teams change, and the defenders become attackers. The team that wins four rounds first emerges as the winner. Another special feature: Fallen comrades only come back into play in the next round.

Control

In Control, you have to occupy two places.

Two teams have 90 seconds to occupy or defend two locations on the map. When an area has been conquered, the team buys time. Once the attackers have taken both locations, the team wins.

The defenders win as soon as time runs out, and the attackers cannot capture both points. Again, respawns are disabled for around.

VIP companion

In VIP Escort, you have to protect or eliminate an important person.

A team must protect an important person and escort them across the map to two possible exit points. The enemy crew must avoid this and eliminate the VIP.

If the VIP defenders manage to eliminate all the attackers, the round is also considered won.

Combine Weapons: Assault

Combined Arms presents some challenges for big teams.

Two teams, each of 12 players, must occupy a point in the center of the map. If this is done, a new point appears, which must also be conquered. Each team tries to capture all the points and then attack the enemy base.

Combo Arms: Domination

Also, in this mode, teams consist of 12 players each. On a large map, you must take the many flags, which earns you points. The team that scores 400 points first is the winner.

Fireteam: Dity Bomb

In Fireteam: Dirty Bomb, radioactivity contaminates an entire area.

In this mode, 40 players compete against 40 opponents. Players are divided into 10 teams, each of which consists of 4 fighters. By opening boxes and eliminating enemies, you collect uranium. As soon as you have collected the indicated amount, it would help if you delivered everything at a certain time.

Then there is a nuclear explosion that radioactively contaminates the area. Collecting uranium, defeating enemies, and setting off bombs earns you points. If a team has achieved the required number of points, it is considered the winner.

Shooting / shooting

The gunfight is a fairly simple but fast mode.

Here 2 teams, each consisting of 2 players, fight each other. Duos compete with each other on the smaller maps, leading to quick battles. The team that makes the other team wins first. If the match lasts too long, a flag will appear, and if you take it, you will win.
