A new cinematic is available in World of Warcraft. Find out what happens to Nathanos Blightcaller, Queen Banshee's henchman.

The Shadowlands pre-event has already started on the US WoW servers. Players quickly discovered a new cinematic revolving around Nathanos Blightcaller. That's because he's a beatable foe in the pre-event, and he even gets his own little cinematic at the end of the mission series.

Where does the video appear? The cinematic is part of the pre-event for the upcoming Shadowlands expansion. As the Scourge rages and ravages the world, Sylvanas Windrunner ordered Nathanos Plague Summoner to "go back and await instructions." He is on the Marris Estate in the Eastern Plaguelands, his former home.

This can be seen in the video: The video shows the end of the fight against Nathanos. He's bored with heroes and easily keeps them in check. But then Tyrande joins the warrior of the night. She overpowers Nathanos and disarms him, asks him about Sylvanas' whereabouts.

Nathanos responds and reveals that Sylvanas is with "him" (the jailer). Nathanos asks Tyrande to kill him directly because that would send him "straight to Sylvanas." Nathanos then taunts Tyrande, leading her to instantly kill him and thus grant her wish.

Who is Nathanos Blightcaller? Nathanos Blightcaller was the only human trained to be a ranger by the elves of Quel'Thalas. When the undead Scourge invaded, he became a Renegade and later served the Queen in Banshee Sylvanas Windrunner. From some extensions, it has had a more important role. Sylvanas got him a new body and made him her main henchman, faithful to her orders.
